It's Friday again and another fiber craft event is around the corner! Lisa Adams of Tatting Corner is organizing her third secret santa exchange for needle arts enthusiasts. Participants are from both local and domestic countries.
Last year when I participated, I received a bunch of beautiful tatted goods from my secret santa. It was my first time seeing tatted work up close and we use the decorated towels in our home everyday now. If you love giving goods you craft as a gift, this is a wonderful way to share what you do with others. You might make a friendship out of the exchange, and you might receive something from your secret santa that you admire and find unique.
The other alternative to creating a good is sending supplies or items at a suggested value of $10. This can help alleviate the pressure of meeting a deadline for some folks who really want to participate. The deadline to send your secret santa their gift will be on December 1st or 15th. Of course, if you're late with creating your item or sending it, Lisa does a great job of connecting you to your partner in the exchange.

On November 15, you'll receive your partner's name (no one will get the same partner that they're giving to) and address details. Gifts should be sent out by December 1 for international partners, and December 15 for domestic partners.
