Store and Shipping FAQ

Are there sales tax?
No. As of this moment, I do not collect sales tax in my shop. This is an extra saving for you! While this is a business of my craft, it only generates a small income for me.

What shipping options are available?

Domestic Shipping:

I will do my best to use the cheapest and most affordable shipping possible to get your products to you. If the shipping estimator overestimates the cost of shipping, I will give a partial refund after visiting the post office for the final price. It typically takes 3-5 days to arrive to a domestic destination. Orders will be put into a rigid mailer which is considered a first class package according to the post office.

Priority Mail is also available for domestic shipping.

International Shipping:
To make the cost relatively cheap, international shipping does not come with tracking for first class international mailer. It will be posted in a utility mailer purchased at the post office to count as documents. It typically takes about 4-6 weeks to arrive to an international destination. I will check with you to confirm the address and make sure it is a deliverable location before I mail it out.

If you feel uncomfortable without having tracking you can pay additional fees to get that added on.

Is there a return policy?

No, all sales are final. The reason for this is because I am an extremely small business. As mentioned above, I do not collect sales tax because it does not generate sufficient income to be a small business. If you are really unhappy about the product, then you can ship it back for a refund on the product price. I do not refund shipping cost to and from destinations.
